Absolutely loved our stay at Palm Royale Cairns! Great value for money – the rooms and facilities were very tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The entire place felt peaceful, safe, and relaxing. Reception staff were friendly and available whenever we needed. There was always enough parking, and the tropical landscaping with lush plants made it even more enjoyable. The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful pool and the fountain – such a calming and unique feature. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cairns!

We stayed at Palm Royale Cairns for two nights. It was so nice, relaxing and clean. It felt as if you were at a tropical resort. The reception staff were so pleasant and accommodating. The only cons we found were that they don’t offer breakfast, and it’s around a 12 minute car ride from downtown Cairns. They have a self-service laundry room and even sell laundry powder at the front desk. They have a great variety of snacks and drinks to purchase as well. They even offered luggage storage after we checked out so we could do an excursion before our flight! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very spacious triple room and all the requests l made at time of booking were fulfilled. Excellent housekeeping, comfortable beds, helpful staff, beautiful pools and gardens. This hotel is a great deal if you are willing to forgive the dated decor and location on a highway ( ask for a quiet room ). Very happy stay.

We only stayed here one night but the staff was so friendly and helpful - it made the place stand out! Our luggage was delayed, so we had to pick it up from the airport at 11pm. We were leaving early the next morning and needed to do laundry before departing. The laundry room at this hotel is generally closed after 9pm, but when we explained our situation, they made an exception for us. A security guard let us in and out of the room multiple times until we had finished our laundry around 1:30am. In addition, the room was clean and spacious, parking was very easy, and the location was a convenient to the airport.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, plenty of space, a balcony view to the pool. Staff friendly and helpful Pool was amazing to swim Just the parking that was hard to find a spot, as you don’t need to park in a specific spot, but you can still park on the street if needed

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's really well-maintained. It's within budget, and the pool area is absolutely perfect. My room access card wasn't working at night around 11 pm. I called the reception, and they came within 5 minutes and changed the batteries.

After traveling around Australia for a month I booked this hotel and it was just what I needed! The view of the pool was lovely! And the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave.

We stayed here for 3 of our 6 nights in Cairns, and it was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful — the two pools look just as good as the photos! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with strong A/C, comfy beds, and a large bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out, so it never felt cramped. Parking was easy, too. The front desk staff were friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again!
